1966 Mom-Dad-Beth-Sheri and me

My guess is this was 1966 the year I was hatched. Man I had an EGG-head...poor Mom! Beth looks a lot like Annie here and Sheri like Jennifer. So what I'm wondering now is who paid Dad to hold a kid wearing a diaper?
